The complimentary ski bus takes you directly to the lifts in Filzmoos and Neuberg, which belong to Austria’s largest winter sports region Ski amadé, comprising the regions of Salzburg Sportwelt, Schladming-Dachstein-Tauern, Gastein Valley, the Hochkönig skiing area and Großarl Valley.

The German automobile club ADAC designated Salzburg Sportwelt, which includes Filzmoos, as Austria’s best value skiing region. The ski pass is valid for no less than 270 state-of-the-art lift facilities with pistes and slopes of all levels covering 860 km. A particular highlight among the cross-country ski runs is the Höhenloipe am Rossband, situated 1,600 metres above sea level and offering breathtaking views of the mountains.

You can also go on backcountry skiing trips in the surrounding mountains – go it alone or take a professional guide – or enjoy a spot of tobogganing, take a romantic snowshoeing tour, a winter walk or a horse-drawn sleigh ride along 50 km of specially designed winter hiking trails.
